We accept vector PDF, EPS, or layered Adobe Illustrator files with all fonts converted to outlines. Color workspaces must be configured in CMYK (GRACoL 2006 or SWOP v2). Any raster imagery should maintain a minimum of 300 DPI at full scale with a standard 0.125-inch bleed.
How do we choose substrates for indoor versus outdoor signage?
Permanent outdoor signage utilizes 3mm or 6mm aluminum composite (ACM) panels with UV-laminated protection. For temporary outdoor events or real estate promotions, 4mm coroplast and 13oz scrim vinyl banners provide weather resistance. Indoor architectural signs are produced on smooth rigid PVC (Sintra) or foam board.
Which decoration method fits our apparel quantity and design?
Screen printing provides the highest cost efficiency and longevity for runs over 24 pieces with 1 to 4 spot colors. Detailed multi-color graphics or small runs utilize direct-to-film (DTF) transfer on cotton and synthetic blends. Heavy fleece, structured caps, and corporate outerwear are finished via precision embroidery.
